FENUXAR - an effective solution for troublesome mocotyledonous weeds!

FENUXAR® 69 EW, a novelty in the offer of CIECH Sarzyna, the largest Polish producer of plant protection products, very effectively fights troublesome monocotyledonous weeds in cereal cultivation. It can be used together with product of the CHWASTOX family®, the most popular herbicides used in the cultivation of cereals in Poland, to effectively control both dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds in one treatment. FENUXAR® 69 EW also features a wide application window in winter and spring cereals.

FENUXAR® 69 EW is a selective herbicide with a systemic effect and is intended for foliar application in the form of water emulsion. It contains the active substance Fenoxaprop-P-ethyl (69 g/l).The product is characterized primarily by its high effectiveness in combating troublesome monocotyledonous weeds in the cultivation of winter and spring cereals and by a wide application window. The product is absorbed by the leaves and then moves to the affected areas, i.e. the growth cones of shoots and roots. The effects are visible 2-4 weeks after its application, depending on weather conditions.

“FENUXAR® 69 EW will be appreciated, among others, by farmers with severe problems with monocotyledonous weeds in late spring - secondary weed infestation, late emergence. In winter cereals (winter wheat, winter triticale), it is applied in the spring, after the start of vegetation of the winter cereals, from the phase when two tillers are visible until the end of the third elbow phase (BBCH 22-33), at the dose of 1,0-1,2 l/ha. In spring cereals (spring barley, spring wheat) it should be used from the start of the tillering phase until the end of the first elbow phase (BBCH 20-31), at the dose of 0.8-1.0 l/ha,” says Jacek Skwira, Director of Strategic Marketing and Product Portfolio Management in the Agro business department of the CIECH Group.

FENUXAR® 69 EW fights weeds such as common windgrass, common wild oat, and barnyard millet. It is also a perfect complement to the herbicides offered by CIECH Sarzyna, especially the CHWASTOX® family - the most popular herbicides used in cereal cultivation in Poland. This enables effective suppression of both dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds in one treatment. For full protection of winter cereals, it can be combined with the Ambassador 75 WG product.
